THE MEMORY COLLECTOR

Born in western Kenya I first picked up a camera at Nairobi University, 20 years of age influenced by conceptual photography. With social media on the rise and multiple sources to refer to and emulate, my fondness of photography became something I always wanted to do on my free time. I took my nikon coolpix everywhere with me taking blurry photos of college nights and some candids. A couple of years later after graduating from college, I naturally felt the transition to portraits which is still my MO upto date.I enjoy creating emotive memories inspired by family, friendships and nature. I also enjoy long walks and quality time with friends and family.
